KALAMAZOO, Mich.- Redshirt junior first baseman Marlee Wilson, junior outfielder Aspen Williams and freshman outfielder Mackenzie Swinehart were all voted to the All-Mid-American Conference Second Team by the league's head coaches based on their play during the conference season. Swinehart also earned a spot on the MAC All-Freshman Team.

Swinehart led Western Michigan with a .373 batting average during MAC play which led all freshmen and ranked sixth overall in the league. She also had three doubles, two triples and five RBIs, batting primarily second in the lineup and defensively playing right field. On the overall season Swinehart has maintained a .383 batting average.

Wilson batted .338 in conference games with eight doubles, one home run and nine RBIs. She ranked second in the MAC for doubles per game and had 15 doubles on the season which tied for sixth. In all games combined, she has a .322 batting average.

Williams had a .333 MAC batting average with five home runs, two doubles, one triple and 12 RBIs. Her five home runs tied for fourth most during conference play and she also ranked in the top 10 for slugging percentage. On the season, Williams has a .279 batting average and seven home runs, starting in left field.

Western Michigan concluded the regular season with a 23-27 overall, 11-13 MAC record and will be the No. 8 seed in the MAC Tournament. The Broncos face No. 1 seed Central Michigan Wednesday, May 10 at 1 p.m. in Akron, Ohio.
