High School: Three-year letterwinner with a Linn-Mar team that reached the state finals each of his three years ... averaged 16.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals per game as a senior for a team that finished 22-3 and second in the state ... Iowa Newspaper Association and Iowa Basketball Coaches Association Class 4A Second Team All-State and IowaPreps.com Class 4A Third Team All-State ... averaged 15.2 points and 2.8 rebounds per game as a junior for team that went 21-4 and finished third in the state ... All-Metro Second Team ... played for Lions’ state championship team as a sophomore that went 24-1 ... competed in the high jump as a senior ... finished fifth in the state in 4A with a leap of 6-feet, 4-inches ...
