How To Order Tickets

August - November 9:00am - 5:30pm
December - March 10:00am - 5:30pm

Ticket Replacement Policy
- Western Michigan University is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges for previously purchased tickets.
- If a ticket holder reports to the game without their tickets, they may purchase a seating pass for the full face value of the ticket. A full refund will be issued if the misplaced tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 15 days of the event.
- If tickets are lost in the mail, the ticket holder must contact the Athletic Ticket Office at least one day prior to the event.
Will Call Policy
- Ticket orders received by the Bronco Ticket Office within five (5) business days of the event will NOT be mailed. Tickets will be held at will call at University Arena.
- A picture ID is required to pick up tickets left in Will Call.
University Arena Information
- Gate Information: University Arena gates open 1 hour prior to the scheduled game time.
- Smoking Policy: University Arena is a smoke free environment. Patrons wishing to smoke must receive a hand stamp and smoke outside of the stadium gates.
- First Aid: If you are in need of first aid or emergency care during an event please see an usher located in your section.
- University Arena: Handicap seating is available in the upper level in front of sections BB and CC. Please contact the Bronco Ticket Office if you are in need of handicapp seating.
- Lost & Found: University Arena lost and found is located at the Bronco Ticket Office located inside the main enterance. Items that are found will be taken to the Department of Public Safety (387-5555) on the next business day following the game.
Game Day Information
Tickets and Will Call- Game day ticket sales and Public Will Call will open at two (2) hours prior to game time at University Arena Ticket Office. Gates officially open one hour prior to game time.
- WMU PLAYER and VISITING TEAM WILL CALL are lacated to the left of University Arena main ticket windows.
Directions
- From I-94: Exit at Oakland Drive (Exit 75) and go North. Go through the stoplight at Howard Street and continue one mile until coming to Oliver Street on your left. Turn left onto Oliver and take it to the stoplight on Stadium Drive. Go through the light. University Arena is immediately in front of you.
- From US-131: Take Stadium Drive East exit through the light at Howard Street. Continue for one mile until reaching the light at Oliver Street. Turn left on Oliver. University Arena is immediately in front of you.
- From M-43 North of Kalamazoo:Turn left off M-43 (Gull Road) in Kalamazoo on to Riverview Drive; go under the railroad overpass and bear right onto Michigan Avenue for 0.4 miles; it then becomes Kalamazoo Avenue. Continue until it becomes Stadium Drive. Pass Waldo Stadium on your left. The first traffic light past Waldo Stadium will be Oliver Street. Turn right at the light. The University Arena / Read Fieldhouse complex will be directly in front of you.
Parking Information
- Parking is free of charge in all university lots. We recommend using the Ebert Softball Field lot off of Oliver Street or the West Michigan Avenue parking ramp to avoid congested areas adjacent to the Student Recreation Center. A free continuous shuttle service is also available from lot #10 off of Oliver Street to University Arena beginning 1 hour prior to game time.
- Option 1: After turning left on Oliver Street, go 0.1 miles. Turn right into lot #10 (Waldo Stadium press lot). Free shuttle service runs continuously from this area to University Arena beginning one hour before tipoff.
- Option 2: After turning left on Oliver Street, continue until just before reaching the traffic light at Stadium Drive. Turn right into the Ebert Field parking lot (at the corner of Oliver and Stadium). Park and walk to the arena (about 0.2 miles). The University Arena / Read Fieldhouse complex will be in front of you as you face Stadium Drive.
- Option 3: After turning left on Oliver Street, take it to the stoplight at Stadium Drive. Turn right and go approximately 0.1 miles. Make a lefthand turn onto West Michigan Avenue (first left just beyond Waldo Stadium - cross railroad tracks and come to stop sign). Continue on West Michigan Avenue. Just beyond the first traffic light to your right will be a public parking ramp. Walk out of the ramp and cross West Michigan Avenue in the direction of the arena (about 0.2 miles). The arena can also be accessed by walking through the Student Recreation Center (immediately across West Michigan Avenue). The two buildings are connected at the second floor by an enclosed walkway.

- When will my tickets be mailed? Tickets will be mailed the next business day.
- Where is handicap seating? Handicap seating is available in the upper level in front of sections BB and CC
- Where is handicap parking? Handicap parking is available in Lot #16 on the West side of University Arena.
- Does my small child need a ticket? Children two (2) and under are free provided they sit on a parents lap
- What age is considered a youth? Children in eighth grade or lower qualify for youth prices
- Where is the best place to park if I don’t have a parking pass? Bronco Athletics offers a free shuttle from Lot #10 behind Waldo Stadium Press Box. The shuttle runs continuously throughout the game beginning one (1) hour prior to game time. Parking is also available in Eber Field Lot off of Oliver sTreet and in the West Michigan Avenue parking structure
