Kuhn Named to Team USA InLine World Championship Roster
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Former Western Michigan goalie has been named to Team USA for the 2012 International Ice Hockey Federation InLine World Championships.
The competition runs June 1-7 in Ingolstadt, Germany. Kuhn, who played at WMU from 2008-12, helped the Broncos to their first CCHA Championship game since 1986 during the 2010-11 season as well as their first NCAA Tournament berth since 1996. The South Gate, Mich., native represents the Bauer NextGen InLine team is one of two goalies on the squad of 14.
Team USA, who has appeared in the gold-medal game the last three tournaments, plays Germany on Friday at 2 p.m. EDT. All games will be streamed live and for free on www.IIHF.com
