• This will be the first ever meeting between these two teams
• The Broncos are 5-11 all-time against schools currently in the A-10, including a 1-4 record under head coach Steve Hawkins
• The Broncos are 1-1 against A-10 schools in games played at University Arena under head coach Steve Hawkins
• The Dukes were picked to finish ninth in the Atlantic 10 preseason poll, and have a record of 4-3 against MAC schools under coach Ron Everhart, who is in his sixth season at Duquesne
• Of the Broncos' first 10 games, the Dukes are the sixth team to have competed in a postseason tournament in 2010-11
• David Brown recorded his first career double-double in the win over Southern Illinois, netting 11 points and grabbing a career-best 12 rebounds in what was his third career start
• Despite playing without leading rebounder Flenard Whitfield, the Broncos out-rebounded the Salukis 47-30
• Since becoming a starter three games ago, David Brown is averaging 8.3 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game
• Mike Douglas tied his season high with seven assists against Southern Illinois
• Mike Douglas passed Michael Redell for fifth on the Broncos' career assists lists with his first assist of the game against SIU, and ranks second among active players on the MAC career list
• Steve Hawkins needs six more wins to pass Bob Donewald for second on the all-time wins list at Western Michigan
