- The Bronco Ticket Office is located at Waldo Stadium and is closed on the weekends, except for Bronco Home Football games
- Parking is available for the ticket office in Lot 9
- The Bronco Ticket Office located at University Arena and Lawson Ice Arena are only open the day of events. (See specific sports for operation hours at these locations)

- August-November: 9:00am-5:30pm
- December-March: 10:00am-5:30pm
- April-July: 10:00am-5:00pm

- The Bronco Ticket Office at Waldo Stadium opens four (4) hours prior to game time
HOCKEY GAME DAYS:
- The Bronco Ticket Office at Lawson Ice Arena opens two (2) hours prior to game time
MEN'S BASKETBALL GAME DAYS:
- The Bronco Ticket Office at Read Fieldhouse opens two (2) hours prior to game time
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL GAME DAYS:
- The Bronco Ticket Office at Read Fieldhouse opens two (2) hours prior to game time
VOLLEYBALL GAME DAYS:
- The Bronco Ticket Office at Read Fieldhouse opens two (2) hours prior to game time
GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION AND POLICIES
- Tickets can be purchased via phone, online, or in person
- WMU Athletics accepts Visa, Mastercard, or Discover
- All checks should be maid payable to Western Michigan University
- WMU Faculy and Staff can purchase season tickets through payroll deduction
- See links above for football, hockey, men's basketball, women's basketball, and volleyball faculty/staff payroll deduction forms.
- Fill forms out and return them to the ticket office

- Game times and dates are subject to change. Refunds will not be issued due to game time changes.
- Handicap seating is available in all venues. Please call the Bronco Ticket Office to purchase tickets for more information
- Any patron three years of age or older will require a ticket
- Admission to all WMU athletic events is subject to inspection and search of prohibited items
