CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced its women's tennis year-end award winners today, with Western Michigan's Nini Sujashvili garnering Second Team All-MAC honors for the second straight season.  Sujashvili will conclude her decorated career as a three-time All-MAC honoree, having earned First Team All-MAC honors in her freshman season of 2011 as well as Second Team honors in each of the last two seasons.

Sujashvili was a force at the top of the singles line-up for the Broncos this season, establishing career-highs in wins, No. 1 singles wins, and MAC wins.  Sujashvili finished with a 22-16 overall record in singles play, including a dominant 15-7 mark at the No. 1 singles position.  Sujashvili tied her previous career-best with a 5-3 record against MAC opponents, and was at her best in the final weeks of the season, winning seven of her final 10 matches of the year.

The senior from Tbilisi, Georgia was also a dominant doubles player, posting a 24-12 doubles record that ranked behind just the record of her most typical doubles partner, Tracy Kuhle.  Sujashvili was a dominant 16-4 in dual match doubles, combining with Kuhle to record an 11-3 dual match doubles mark.  The duo went 4-2 against MAC competition in doubles play.
