Broncos Finish Weekend at DePaul Invitational

ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - The Western Michigan women's tennis team completed its weekend of play at the DePaul Invitational, playing well but ultimately falling in a series of tight singles matches.

Both Maggie Remynse and Nini Sujashvili faced tough singles matches on the final day of the tournament, with each player pushing their matches to three sets before falling. Sujashvili recovered from a slow start against Lewis's Zsofia Kranczicki, taking the second set 6-0 before falling in the super-tiebreaker third set.

Remynse took the early lead on her opponent, going up a set on Milwaukee's Maddy Soule before dropping the second set and the tiebreaker.
