Broncos To Hold Walk On Tryout Oct. 11th

KALAMAZOO, Mich.- The Western Michigan men's basketball team will hold walk-on tryouts Thursday, October 11 at 12 p.m. in University Arena. To try out for a Western Michigan varsity athletic team, you must be a current, full-time student at WMU.

A physical, sickle cell test result, and insurance paperwork must be completed to attend the tryout session, and turned into the basketball office no later than Wednesday, October 10 at 3 p.m. A PDF of the required physical form, as well as insurance form, can be downloaded at the top of this page. No form is necessary for the sickle cell test. A copy of the sickle cell test results should be turned in with physical and proof of insurance. Physicals and sickle cell test may be done on campus at the Sindecuse Center or by a family physician.

Please note that those trying out will be responsible for any costs associated with the physical and sickle cell test.
