WMU to Celebrate the Life of Lenore Doolittle
The wife of former WMU football coach Bill Doolittle will be celebrated during a reception to be held in the W Club Room of the Seelye Athletic Center.

The Celebration of Life will take place from 6-8 p.m. and is free of
charge. Anyone wishing to make a donation may do so in Lenore's name to
the Alzheimer's Association. |
Lenore passed away on July 23 and was 87 years old. She was born in Mansfield, Ohio. She and Coach Doolittle had two children, a daughter and son, four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Coach Doolittle roamed the sidelines for the Broncos from 1964-74, leading WMU to 58 victories and a share of the 1966 Mid-American Conference title.
