Thank you for your interest in having the Western Michigan University Spirit Team appear at your upcoming event. Please review the following policies and fill out the Appearance Request Form. A WMU Athletics representative will contact you to confirm the appearance of the team at your event.

Spirit Team Appearance Policy and Terms

• Appearance requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.
• All appearances are subject to approval by the WMU Athletic Department and the availability of the team.
• The WMU Athletic Department must approve any form of advertising that promotes an appearance by the Cheer/Dance Team.
• The WMU Spirit Team reserves the right to walk away from any appearance deemed unsafe or harmful.
• Secure changing, storage, and parking areas must be available for the appearance.
• The requested squad members will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled performance (unless otherwise arranged).
• Water must be available onsite for team members.
