KALAMAZOO – The Western Michigan cross country team is set to host an open 5k race following the conclusion of the George Dales Invitational. The George Dales Invitational, named after the former WMU legendary coach, is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Pine View Golf Course with the Open 5k set to begin at 6 p.m. The price is $10 an individual and is open to men and women of all ages.
