YOU MUST HAVE ALL MATERIALS PRESENT IN ORDER TO TRY OUT. IF YOU DO NOT, YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO PARTICPATE.

The WMU football program will be hosting walk-on tryouts on Thursday, Sept. 10

Attendees must be present by 6 a.m. at the Seeyle Center. Tryouts will end at 7:15 a.m. to prevent any conflicts with class.

If you are a current student you will need to bring the following documents:

·         A current class schedule showing you are enrolled as a full time student

·         Photo Identification

·         Proof of Insurance

·         A Current Physical, including sickle cell testing from a physician

·         Current G.P.A of 2.5 (Cumulative)

·         Character reference letter from someone other than a family member (i.e. professor, Advisor, High School Coach etc)

If you are an incoming student you will need to bring the following documents

·         A current class schedule showing you are enrolled as a full time student

·         Photo Identification

·         Proof of Insurance

·         A Current Physical, including sickle cell testing from a physician

·         High School Transcript (Official) with a 2.5 minimum G.P.A and a copy of your test scores (ACT= 17/SAT = 800 (Math and Verbal)

·         Character reference letter from someone other than a family member (i.e. professor, Advisor, High School Coach etc)

If you do not have all of the materials that apply to you, then you will be unable to participate. In addition if you have undergone a previous try out with the Broncos, no preferential treatment will be rendered and all new documents will need to be presented as no previous documents have been kept on file.
