KANSAS CITY - Senior Kaylee Imel finished alone in third place at the 2013 Kangaroo Invitational for the best finish of her Bronco career. WMU Golf finished the event tied for third with host Kansas City.
Imel's previous best finish came in the 2010 Mid-American Conference Preview to cap that fall season with a fourth-place finish. Imel shot 73-74-77 to finish with a 54-hols score of 224, also matching her career low score for three rounds, originally set in last year's Rio Verde Invitational.
