Mora Earns First MAC POTW Nod

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - It was announced today that Western Michigan men's tennis player Pablo Mora was named the Mid-American Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week for March 14.  It is the first time Mora has won the award in his career, and is the fifth time a Bronco has won the award this year; both Nadin Indre and Ross VanderPloeg have won it twice this year.

Mora earned a key singles victories in the Broncos' 4-3 win over #43 Michigan State last week, giving the Broncos a 3-2 lead with a win in the No. 5 singles match. Mora defeated Harry Jadun 6-3, 6-4 to give the Broncos the lead. The singles win was the fourth straight for Mora, who improves to 12-4 in singles play.
