Jessica Larmony began with the Bronco Football program as the Director of Internal Football Operations in January 2013 and in February 2015 was promoted to the Director of Football Operations.

Larmony has been a key factor in Western Michigan’s rise to the top of the Mid-American Conference, working tirelessly behind the scenes. She is one of only a handful of women in the nation to head the position of Director of Football Operations.

Among her primary duties is the day-to-day business management of the program, team travel and logistics, serve as the liaison with department support services, and assist in the organization of recruiting visits, camps and other team events.

Larmony worked with WMU head coach P.J. Fleck during his time at Rutgers where she served as a recruiting assistant for the Scarlet Knights football program from 2010-2013. In her role Larmony oversaw the student staff, coordinated all on campus recruiting events, and assisted with various game day operations.

Larmony earned a degree in communications from Rutgers in 2009 and remained at her alma mater after graduation, where she was appointed to the role of recruiting assistant after working on staff during her undergraduate career with the Knights.

During her time in Piscataway, Larmony also served as the Interim Director of Football Branding and Events for one year, overseeing social media, web and video strategies.

Larmony earned a master’s degree in sports management from Western Michigan in December 2014.
