Jessica Larmony was officially announced as the director of internal football operations, a newly created position within the program, on Jan. 22, 2013.

Larmony worked with WMU head coach P.J. Fleck during his time at Rutgers where she serves as a recruiting assistant for the Scarlet Knights football program from 2010-12. 

Larmony earned a degree in communications from Rutgers in 2009, serving as the Class President as a senior, remained at her alma mater after graduation.  She rose from a public relations intern in the athletic communications office to a student recruiting assistant, holding that post from 2006 through 2010. 

During her time in Piscataway, Larmony also served as the interim director of football branding and events, overseeing social media, web and video strategies.
