The #camplife video series continues with a look at the football athletic training staff and procedures led by Kyle Blecha in his 13th season with the program.
Heading into the fourth week of a football season, there are bumps and bruises, and for some, worse. The job of an athletic training staff is to assess each person individually and prepare them for what the diagnosis may be.
Kyle Blecha, the director of medical services at WMU, deals primarily with the football program and he took some time during fall camp to discuss the demands on his staff during the year, what goes into a prognosis and how injuries are communicated to the student-athletes so they know exactly what is going in their bodies.
The #camplife video series will conclude with a look at the WMU strength program next week.
