Sean Fagan joined the Western Michigan athletic media relations staff in March of 2011 after serving as the assistant director of athletic communications at Saint Francis (Pa.) University from 2009-11.  Fagan is the primary media contact for WMU men's basketball, volleyball and men's and women's tennis.

Fagan earned a bachelor of arts in communications and theater arts from John Carroll University, and received his Masters of Education Leadership from Saint Francis in April 2011.

While at JCU, Fagan also served as the sports director at WJCU-FM, worked as a freelance broadcaster/announcer with SportsTime Ohio and was a staff contributor for The Carroll News.  He was a web production intern at KDKA-TV and was a student employee in the John Carroll Sports Information department.
